Finally can blog. Recently, Life had been busy for me. Stress from all the work and 'sweet advice' from teachers. Anyway , I want to wish Adeline a very Happy Birthday to you ! May all your wished do come true.
Today, during chinese lesson, we had a 'friendly' debate on whether inner beauty is better than the outside beauty. Our class was divided into half. One will take the stand of 'inner beauty is better than outside beauty' and the other the oppposite of what the other group had take. My group took the stand on inner beauty is better than the ouside beauty. Anyway at first the debate wasn't that fun and nice. But as we proceed to the second round,all of us started to think of what to debate or to rebut the other group. In the end I think all of us did well as both groups had its own strength and weaknesses. Anyway , it's a friendly debate so it doesn't matter who wins. But I think that through this activity , I actually find it useful for learning and writing Chinese argumentative essays. Maybe for english we can do the same . It will be fun and a good learning experience for ourselves.
