To think I am sick on christmas'eve and christmas day. Have been sick since last friday and thought I would be able to get well but no . First fever, then stomach ache all because of the antibiotic the doctor gave me would cause stomach pain.SO I had to stop eating it at once.Then on sunday followed by cough and now running nose . CHristmas !
As a result I can't eat much during yesterday night BBQ at auntie 's house. Ate a bit but not much. Took some photos . Will take some time to upload.
Sad , tonight got any christmas party. This time is paternal side. So many food . HEard got Turkey , ham and .... Some I can't even eat !!!!!!!!!
Hope I will get well soon before school reopen . This year also like that. Fall sick on the 2nd day of school. Just when all the subject teachers came introducing themselves, the subjects that are new to us and to tell us that expectations and rules. TEachers ....

Today , went to SIngapore Duck tour. The one that cam go on land and in water.The tour guide was nice. A malay guy. He told us about some of the historical places that could be seen near the Padang and some facts that even some singaporeans did not know. For instance,Kallang river is made up of seawater but in a few years' time , it is going to be transformed into a freshwater reservoir. We also saw the colourful float perform for this year NDP and the work of the IR as well as the Singapore Flyer. The whole trip took almost an hour.
Beside that , I think on NEW year day , I am going on the DHL hot air balloon and the HIPPO tour. It came as a package for all three.
Recommended for tourists !

Wednesday 19th Dec , woke up early in the morning at 6.30 am and followed my parents to Whampoa MAkan place to have breakfast before going to my grandfather 's house. Daddy is helping 'Gong Gong' to repaint the walls and the ceiling of the house. Soon after that , auntie , uncle and ridley came . Uncle helped Daddy to paint. SO the workload was lesser as there were 3 people painting including mummy. Yan ting and my job was to keep an eye on my 4 year old cousin. My mum's brother came and so the workload was even lesser.Together the job was 3/4 done for the day . As for the doors , well it had to be done tomorrow.
SO on thursday which was yesterday , the painting of the ceilings of the rooms and doors were completed . Not by me though. We went to the bookfest at suntec again and shop around before going home.
A good news . Congrats to HARDY MIRZA for winning ASIAN IDOL for SiNGAPORE. WAy to go ! aND To TEAM SINGAPORE , for winning the medals for singapore

MOnday 17th dec : went to collect spec lenses , me and yan ting . Then went to KFC to eat before going to Evergreen farm now known as Microfarm. It was a mushroom farm. Actually viewing of the mushrooms are available on weekends only. We thought of buying the mushrooms only but the kind lady bought us on a tour to view the different kinds of mushrooms. SOme mushrooms live better than human beings.They live in air-conditioner places while some could live well even in humid places. We bought a few boxes of mushrooms.
Then we went to a nearby fish farm. It was more of a goldfish and seven coloured fish farm. Not much to see except fishes swimming in tanks. Then we proceed on to Animal resort . Mum was afraid of dogs and animals so she stayed in the car, While auntie , uncle , ridley , yan ting and I got off. Immediately we sae gooes being let loose walking about on the pathway and a turkey. Poor Turkey, thinking of it being ended up as a X'mas dinner. We also saw some dogs and cats being locked up in their different places ( resort) when their owners are overseas. Also saw many tadpoles in the pond and cute little 2 months old puppies . These puppies are waiting for the vet for their injection .
To conclude, had a great time except for the fact that it's raining. Well , can't help it, December ( monsoon season for singapore ) sure rain.

Yesterday , went to Bookfest at suntec city with mum. Quite a lot of people . I went to view the books at HARRIS while mum went to the Chinese section. Had nothing to do after looking through the books so I wandered around until the main stages says there is going to have a magic show but Pinky the magician so I found myself a seat and waited. The MC played a game with a few children before the magician appeared . HE does some magic tricks which include swallowing fire and a balloon. Tricks . Just can't be . How can a person ever swallow baloon . Fire maybe he bought it to his mouth than he blow it out.
After the magic show , was a cooking lesson ( demostration ) on how to cook curry chicken and thailand dessert ( red ruby ). Then went to find mum . Couldn't find her , the place is too crowded with people and too big. SO called her . Too bad, handphone running out of battery . Luckily , enough to find out where she was before it ran out of battery.
Paid for the books before leaving the Bookfest.Mum and I wandered around window shopping before going home to watch ' star award 2007 '

Last friday went to 3 farms in Lim Cho Kang with auntie , uncle , yan ting, my cousin and mum . On the way there, I finally know where NTU/NIE is at. The road we are diving on is part - time runway for SAF aeroplanes but mostly used as a road. We also passed by the Civil Defence Training centre and SAF training camp i think . Went to Bolloywood farm first. The farm was opened by a rich businessman and his wife after retiring. There we saw a lot of different plants or trees growth by them. Bananas trees , BAlasm, Lime tree, 4'0 clock tree and lots more , for just entrance fee $2 . For those people who are lovers of mother nature , you can go there. But for me, Although it is fine but I simply don't like the insects on the ground while walking to view the plants. Ants, spiders ...
ANd the sun is scorching hot such that we had to held on to an umbrella or wear a hat .
After the viewing , we ate at the small restaurant. The food there are home-grow and are organic. I like the vegetables served with ' balamcham' .Not too spicy but taste great. The salad of the day- papaya salad was great too. Can't stop eating after one mouthspoon. The aloe vera drink was quite cooling. They also sold pandan leaves , lime , lemon , bananas ( all home -grow) .
The next farm we went to was the Hay-daires farm. They were about to close when we arrived so only left 5 minutes to go visiting the goats. The older goats or rather adults goats were all resting or slow walking around. But the baby goats (known as KID ) was running about , galloping and going 'mee' A few seemed hungry though , wanting to eat so we just pick up some of the hays left on the ground for them.
The third farm we went to was the frog farm. There we saw a lot of 'tian ji' and a few frogs. Only different is that 'tian ji ' can be eaten while frogs can't. Also saw baby tapoles and soon to be frogs .
At the end, mum and auntie each bought 4 'tian ji' at $10. Much cheaper than outside.

Last friday , went to VIVO city for a show at the rooftop theatre. It's on tickets based. SO if you spent $50 and above for that day , you are supposed to get either a pair of tickets or just one ( can't remember) .So I ended up with 4 . Yan ting had tuition so Mum had to stay at home, Daddy had to work so I went with yi yi , xiao yi zhang and my cousin. We meant to watch the 7.30pm show, but couldn't get there in time cause of the 'cars jam' at Carpark one. We waited for 35-45 minutes and we still couldn't get into the carpark. Quite piss off actually. And all the cars behind us were horning and people were getting out of the car to enter the carpark first .SO finally after much waiting , we got in. Yi zhang let us down first and we went there only to find out the show had ended. Luckily the guard said we could still catch the 9pm show. So we walk around and I saw the display for the winning competition of the NDP bag . The one where people are supposed to draw on the 2007 NDp bag and sent for competition.
The show was quite okay but mostly people singing . The 3 ladies who sang were very good. One sang saprono ( very high pitch ) , one was more of a live and hip-hop version and one was soul singing ( singing with feelings, but not sure what it's called .maybe I spelt wrongly) . Then went shopping around cause got late night shopping and ate at Long Jones Silver .
The next day , which was 8th Dec ( sat ) , went to Science Centre again with my aunt , uncle and cousin. Oh my gosh , never go to anywhere on sat , sunday and friday night. There were a lot of people especially with little kids running around and you can't even viewed the exhibitions in PEACE. We went for the juggling show and that man who performed was great. Then went for the DAT exhibition. Quite okay but not much of surprising cause I thought it might be something great using future technology but not quite. Ate at macdonald and went for a show at the other part of the science where they showed shows ( forget what's the name for the place ) . Watch the Hurriance Katrina. The place was quite nice cause you sort of lay down and the screen is all around you. The effects was quite good.

Today went out in the morning with daddy, mummy and yan ting to have breakfast at S11 before proceeding to AMK library . On the way , I was walking here and there, trying to find my way to the library AND IT"S RAINING. Luckily, I met up with chun hui and we went together. Jia ping was there and after a few minutes , ying xuan was there too. We intend to search information for the english hoilday homework but couldn't . Except in the end, jia ping borrowed a book on the Great Wall of China. THe rest of the time was spent on reading books and chit chatting . Unfortunetly while chit chatting, maybe we were too loud , a guy in th table opposite of us sort of told us off. FIne . We kept our mouth shut. But he kept looking at us every now and there. As if to make sure we would n't make so much noise. So what do you want us to do ? Keep quiet and say nothing. How are we going to communicate with each other. We tried to keep our noise level down . But honestly, by doing that , I couldn't heard what my friends said. Have a good mind to told him off if he kepp staring at us, or rather monitoring us.
Then went to KFC eat lunch and went to 'XIn Tian Di'. Chun hui and ying xuan spent their time looking at comics, while me and jia ping just followed them around. Later , went to AMK hub to shop around. Window shopping .
Ying xuan left first cause she had to go home while the rest of us went to the Arcade . Intend to buy the card and played but in the end , we did not . Not worth it. Anyway the gifts aren't great though.

Haven't seen ms tan for at least 2 to 3 years , but she haven't changed a bit except well, she rebond her hair. She looks good in it though. Really miss the days in the past...Not as stressed as now. I seriously don't remember being stressed before PSLE but now , sad to said yes . Quite a bit stessed up. NExt year is the BIG YEAR of my life . Worse than PSLE

One month 's gone. Today is 4th Dec. Great , and I still haven't finished my hoildays ' hw. Been doing tuition hw instead. Anyway it's quite boring staying at home and doing nothing when I have something to do. Just don't feel like doing.
Yesterday went out with my gals from primary school. Together all 5 of us went to watch Enchanted. That movie was somehow great. I loved the songs and athat CHipmunk. He 's so cute. Wish I could have one for a pet. But it's never gonna come true. After the movie we were having a 'debate' as to where to go next. In the end we decided to go to suntec for we heard from linda that there's a gathering for 6c people. And on top of that Sin yee called Ms tan ( our dear teacher ) but she didn't knew anything about the gathering . SO we sort of invite her to go along and she could make it. Went to the fountain of wealth for a wish and my jacket got wet and so is my shoes.
IT turned out that the gathering cosists of only 9 people . But better than nothing. 3 guys and 6 guys. MS tan told us that she 's quitting from her teaching career. This got me shocked . She 's a great teacher and we have a lot of fun times with her in the old days . She said she's stressed out from her current job teaching in a secondary school. I wouldn't blame her. Nowadays , students are hard to teach. Especially in those in secondary schools. They arugue with teachers, make them angry , didn't pay attention in class and some other acts that would simply make a teacher feel as if she/ he should never take up the career as a teacher. Well, it happened in my school though and I saw it with my own eyes. But anyway whatever it is , hope that ms tan can find happiness in her future job .
