Last friday , went to VIVO city for a show at the rooftop theatre. It's on tickets based. SO if you spent $50 and above for that day , you are supposed to get either a pair of tickets or just one ( can't remember) .So I ended up with 4 . Yan ting had tuition so Mum had to stay at home, Daddy had to work so I went with yi yi , xiao yi zhang and my cousin. We meant to watch the 7.30pm show, but couldn't get there in time cause of the 'cars jam' at Carpark one. We waited for 35-45 minutes and we still couldn't get into the carpark. Quite piss off actually. And all the cars behind us were horning and people were getting out of the car to enter the carpark first .SO finally after much waiting , we got in. Yi zhang let us down first and we went there only to find out the show had ended. Luckily the guard said we could still catch the 9pm show. So we walk around and I saw the display for the winning competition of the NDP bag . The one where people are supposed to draw on the 2007 NDp bag and sent for competition.
The show was quite okay but mostly people singing . The 3 ladies who sang were very good. One sang saprono ( very high pitch ) , one was more of a live and hip-hop version and one was soul singing ( singing with feelings, but not sure what it's called .maybe I spelt wrongly) . Then went shopping around cause got late night shopping and ate at Long Jones Silver .
The next day , which was 8th Dec ( sat ) , went to Science Centre again with my aunt , uncle and cousin. Oh my gosh , never go to anywhere on sat , sunday and friday night. There were a lot of people especially with little kids running around and you can't even viewed the exhibitions in PEACE. We went for the juggling show and that man who performed was great. Then went for the DAT exhibition. Quite okay but not much of surprising cause I thought it might be something great using future technology but not quite. Ate at macdonald and went for a show at the other part of the science where they showed shows ( forget what's the name for the place ) . Watch the Hurriance Katrina. The place was quite nice cause you sort of lay down and the screen is all around you. The effects was quite good.
