Yesterday was SIngapore 's 42th Birthday. Happy Birthday Singapore !!! Went to yi yi 's house in the afternoon. Jarod arrived when i we were watching Lion King II. We went and played badminton at the court and went swimming, though I can't swim so I just went and palyed with the waters. Then at about 6pm +++ when the NDP started, everyone soon arrived and we watched the NDP parade while eating. Could see the National Flag bought in by the helicopter straight from Yi Yi's house. HEr house is situated near MArine Bay so we could see the helicopter and the RED lions coming down . But the best part was the fireworks. Very pretty and colourful.
Happy Happy Birthday to my dear country ! Remain to flourish as the years goes by =)
