Where do dreams go from here?

Yesterday, all the sec 2 -sec 5 pupils went to the career seminar 2007 held at Suntec City Level 6 . All the pupils went exept for the band members and some of the NPCC cadets as they are preparing for the SYF ( Singpore Youth Festival 2007) and for the NPCC cadets they have got something on . We arrived there at about 2pm plus and started browsing around . Mostly it was the other universities of other countries having exhibitions there and our own Nanyang Technological University . There was not a huge variety of career choice ( information ) found there . I was looking for the exhibitions on Dietitian course but there wasn't any as well as medical careers . Kirti was a bit irritated and so was I . We thought it was an exhibition on different careers and jobs. Like you go in you will see exhibitions on jobs like being a doctor , lawyer , teacher and so on . But we were wrong . Some of my classmates were too irritated . So in the end , we ended up choosing some other careers related to our career choice to write down on our list . The list was given by our teacher Ms ang . We were supposed to be writing down 3 different kinds of our ambitions and look up information for them . I choose Psycologist and Teacher .As for the last choice , I think I shall write dietitian although I can't find any information there, but I can look up information from the internet .
In total , it was quite a good experience as I was able to know what are the other universities in other countries and get to know more about the courses they offered .In my opinion , I think this career fair is more suitable for the students in Junior College or Polytechnic as they can know where they can go to after JC or Poly or what are the qualifications they need to enter certain University. But it do benefit us as we can somehow have an idea on what the future lies for us.
